The service

ChessCorrector offers automatic analysis of your chess.com games, improvement missions, progress tracking and game review. Analyses are for guidance only and are generated without human intervention.

Account

You need a valid e-mail address. Sign-in is done through links sent to that address. You are responsible for who has access to your inbox. A minor must use their guardian's account or their club's route.

Free plan and paid plan

The first analysis is free. Further analyses, automatic follow-up, game review and the progress page require an active plan: either your club's plan or an individual subscription.

The individual subscription costs $0.99 a month, taxes included, renews automatically every month and can be cancelled at any time from "Manage subscription"; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe on the web or by the App Store in the iOS app; in that case the subscription is managed and cancelled from your Apple ID, under Apple's terms.

Right of withdrawal: as this is a digital service whose provision begins immediately with your consent, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has started. If something doesn't work, write to us and we'll sort it out.

Clubs

A club purchases seats for its players and appoints one or more coaches. The club is responsible for holding the guardians' authorisation for any minors it enrols.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to harass other players, to cheat in games in progress, or to extract data in an automated way. Analysis is always performed on finished games only.

Changes and cancellation

We may improve or modify the service; if a change substantially affects you, we will give you advance notice. You can close your account at any time by writing to the contact e-mail; we will delete your data in accordance with the privacy policy.
