Purpose

ChessCorrector analyses public chess games from chess.com to detect the habits that hold a player back, propose improvement missions and measure progress. The service is aimed at individual players and chess clubs.

Intellectual property

The software, texts, design and trademarks of the service belong to the owner. The chess pieces shown on the board belong to the "cburnett" set by Colin M.L. Burnett, licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0. Game data belongs to its authors and is obtained from the public chess.com API. chess.com and Lichess are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with this service.

Liability

Analyses are generated automatically by a chess engine and are for guidance only. The owner does not guarantee sporting results or uninterrupted availability of the service, and is not liable for damages arising from use contrary to these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless the law provides a different forum for consumers, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's registered address.
